Trailblazing Tots

Communication rapidly increases with the Trailblazing Tots. Teachers stimulate cognitive, social/emotional, and physical development by providing plenty of activities and choices for the children to engage in throughout the day. As the Trailblazing Tots learn to better communicate, teachers nurture their growth by providing correct words with which they can label objects, people, and ideas.

- Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication
Certifications: ECI, ECII, Shaken Baby, SIDS, CPR, AED & Child Abuse and Neglect Training
Experience working with children: I have experience with every age group and have been working with kids for years.
What do you like about the age group you are working with?
School age children are fun because they allow me to facilitate creativity while I get to be a kid again.

Certifications: ECI, ECII, Shaken Baby, SIDS, CPR, AED, Infant & Toddler, School-age Assistant
Experience working with children: I have been working in child care for almost seven years. I worked as a Autism Therapist for 2 1/2 years. During my senior year, I worked as a Special Education Teacher for my Co-Op job.
What do you like about the age group you are working with?
I love how the children are exploring and interested in almost everything. At the toddler age, they are like sponges and I am here to teach them everything I can.

- I love to read and spend time with my family and dogs
