Little Scholars

4 Year Olds

At 4, children develop vivid imaginations and their eagerness to learn is stronger than ever. They’re also excited to put new skills into play by exercising their creativity. We encourage them at this imaginative stage by introducing dramatic plays, and exciting stories. Working more closely together in groups is also an integral part of a child’s development at this stage. We also nurture their motor skills by helping them experiment with balance and climbing. Teachers ready children – or Little Scholars, as we call them – for kindergarten by continuing to increase the development of all cognitive, social/emotional, and physical skills, as well as pre-academic skills.
